How to make a healthy breakfast in 5 minutes or less!
When it comes to ingredients I like to apply one rule K.I.S.S.
This rule is optimal when it comes to both saving you time and enhancing digestion. For this healthy breakfast in 5 minutes or less recipe, I used 6 whole food ingredients.
This recipe has:
GREAT FOR GUT HEALTH
HIGH IN OMEGA's
Chia Turmeric Probiotic Bowl
1/4 cup goats milk Kiefer- a great gut healthy alternative to those who are dairy intolerant
3 tbs chia & flax seed mix
1/2 cup non-dairy milk- I prefer coconut from the can (fewer additives)
1 tsp green superfood powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbs coconut unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
1 dash cinnamon
1. In a mug mix seeds, turmeric, green blend, and milk. Let sit over night for best consistency. (Be sure to stir well or avoid getting clumps)
2. Pour Kiefer in a bowl
3. Top with chia blend, coconut, and cinnamon!
