Balancing Stress to Heal Your Body

It is no doubt that many people deal with stress on a daily basis. What if the answer to your stress was hidden right inside your body and with a few simple changes that stress and anxiety could begin to melt away?

Total load is the amount of outside circumstances that a person can handle before they develop dis-ease/stress or illness.  Each individual’s total load varies from person to person.  Through understanding your adrenals and the affect they have on your body one can increase their total load: resulting in the ability to continue to move through life with swiftness and ease.
