It is here, through my guided online embodiment practices I will show a multitude of ways you can practice getting out of your head and into your body.
Embodiment is the practice of learning HOW to be in connection to and aware of our 5 bodies; mental, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. I'll guide you through my online embodiment practices, from dancing and guided movements to practicing rituals, tea ceremonies and bio-dynamic movements like shaking and toning. All of these practices give you a reference point of where to begin connecting to and listening to your body, your beloved temple.
